Layout has been updated more improvements coming soon. Now that the basic layout is
setup I will be adding in the other pages and work on the backend code some more.

Created a 3NF database. Need to add FK Contraints and finish building a few tables.

Designed a Devlog. Website can now pass data to the backend. The foundation is almost
set. Just a few more items to take care off.
